Bold leadership: “ This is the true joy in life, the being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one; the being thoroughly worn out before you are thrown on the scrap heap; the being a force of Nature instead of a feverish selfish little clod of ailments and grievances complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy. ” ― George Bernard Shaw You and I are consumed by our petty interests and agendas that stop us or stunt your growth.  A life defined by taking on a game bigger than ourselves is worth living.  Instead of creating a game of personal achievement and glory, take on something that is bigger than yourself, take on a game that is bigger than yourself.  This bigger game will not only deliver on the personal commitments you have for yourself but also allow you to leave an indelible mark on the world. At 40, I can tell you the desire to teach a young man is irresistible.  Mr. Ramesh Panicker at Reliance Capital taught me the value of being impeccable in terms of dressing neat & always reaching 30 minutes prior for a meeting. What started out as an effort is now second nature. One has to make an effort to show up late.  You do this for 20 years, they call it reputat...
