Which company has the best sales training in India?

Which company has the best sales training in India?

The question is how does one define or quantify 'the best?' Could it be the brand recognition of an organisation, like a Dale Carnegie institute? Could it be the robustness of the course delivered? Could it be the outcome promised by the service provider? Frankly, if you are a fresh college graduate, there's only one thing that really matters and should matter.

The word is employability. A job the school and college have miserably failed at. We will not focus on the lack of training and pragmatic approach rather look at how a difference can be made by the industry. Also we will examine what should you consider before you decide to enrol for a course?

To begin your career as a sales professional and excel, there are two set of skills you need to be working on. The first one being behavioural and then there's the technical skill of effective sales. I have written about the first part at length in my blog article published by the NASP, U.S a professional body for sales professionals.

The technical you need to work on and master a pitch formation and writing, pitching using different media, closing effectively, communication & presentation skills.

Pitch formation and writing

Before you even begin to start making calls or meet up with prospects you need to have 100% clarity on the product / service in question. Talk to the manager, production guys, read the flyer or brochure, go through the website and study the competition. Armed with all of this you then begin to structure your sales pitch.

Prepare a skeleton, fill in the flesh and blood and do a pilot. With the feedback and measuring the effectiveness, you must write and rewrite your pitch. It's a process, You must have a custom pitch for the different media you plan on using for your sales endeavour.

That brings us to the next point which is pitching using different media.

Pitching using different media

The world is and forever will be pre and post pandemic, much like the geopolitics before and after 9/11.

Like any other experienced sales professional I cannot insist enough and demand a personal meeting over a virtual Google meet. However, once the pandemic hit and everything was shut, Zooming was the only alternative left. This presented a unique challenge and opportunity.

You now had to pitch online and that's very different from an offline meet and has a completely different set of dynamics. Today, as we go back to office, online is the new normal. Therefore, you must indeed plan on a custom pitch for the online and offline mode of communication.

Closing effectively

Let me begin by defining effectiveness for you. If at the end of your conversation the prospect agrees to buy, promises to buy or is impressed enough to refer someone, you have been effective. It is quite easy to forget all about asking for the payment in the flow of your pitch and return empty handed, feeling victorious but is futile.

No matter how extraordinary the discussion, you must ask and get the payment. A sales isn't done unless the money exchanges hands, hard or virtual.

Now, if the customer makes a promise to pay at a later date, get complete clarity on why not now. And check for excuses and deception. If he or she comes clean, what will be the mode of payment, when and how will they pay? You need to get these questions answered in no uncertain terms. There has to be and must be complete unambiguous clarity.

Communication and presentation skills

The unadulterated reality of the world we live in today is you gotta be communicating. No matter the quality and niche of your product and service, you need to talk, and effectively so. So there's communication and then there's presentation skills. They go hand in hand. I do a lot of reels on my Instagram account @panandroedutech

Communication is a vast subject matter, way beyond the everyday understanding a lay person has about it. It takes years to master being someone who communicates effectively. In a single sentence, you must speak to ensure the listener understands you clearly, doesn't matter how unimpressive you think you are.

Presentation skills allow you to demonstrate your ability to communicate effectively, it is a live performance. Again, things will differ depending on whether you are conversing online or offline. A collapse can be hilarious or damaging.

Different institutes deliver on some or all of the above, something that will allow you to be an extraordinary and high performance sales professional. At Panandro we intend to fill the gap or space left out by some of these best sales training companies.

Litmus test

How do you determine the training was effective? The answer is does it getting you a decent paying sales job? So if as a training provider, I am asking you to sign up and take my course, how am I ensuring placement? How do you measure if I did my job for what you paid?

We offer you a 100% placement assistance and land you a job to assure we are effective and great at what we do, or what we sell rather.

Sales is indeed a career for all seasons.

P.S I hope this answers your question on which company has the best sales training in India?
